I bought my Malibu in Sept at Weeks in Benton with help from Robert Brown. THe staff is friendly and helpful. When I go for oil change the staff is quick and never have to wait very long like other places!!

I found the 2011 Jeep Compass that I purchased on their website. I already owned a 2007 Jeep Compass & had test driven the 2011 at a local dealership. Since Weeks was a couple of hours away, we negotiated the deal by phone. The salesman was very personable. He went above & beyond to make the deal, but always made me feel like he was truly interested in satisfying me as a customer rather than just making a sale. Once at the dealership, I was greeted by several of the sales staff & other employees who made me feel welcome & comfortable. Everyone that I dealt with was super! Even though it is not my local dealership, Weeks will have my future business because I feel like I got a fair deal & was treated so well.

First let me start off by saying this has been the most impressive experience i have had regarding a vehicle purchase at a dealership. I live in Florida and I ordered a Jeep Unlimited from a local dealership. I was told it would take up to a month for delivery. My heart was not into the color i picked, but the dealership stated it was too late to make ANY changes. My order was placed on a Sat evening. I called first thing on Mon and they told me there was nothing they could do. So i cancelled it. i looked online for the color i truly wanted. i looked all over the country, just about all was sold out, I was forced to deal with pushy, rude salesman and their managers trying to sell me on something else. I came across a dealership in Benton, IL. WEEKS DODGE, JEEP, CHRYSLER. Right from the get go i knew something was different about these guys. I spoke with a salesman, Robert Brown. He was very courteous, patient and willing to help me verify if they still had a specific jeep on the lot. He was the only salesman out of probably 10 dealerships to call me back every time i needed something from him. Let me remind you this was going to be an out of state purchase. ive never seen this Jeep before but online, so i was asking for a ton of pictures and specs on it. He took as many pictures as i needed. I decided to give this dealership a shot. It was a great experience from the time i was picked up from the airport and driven 1.5 hrs to Benton, IL. Even the driver ( Mike ) was great. Gave me a nice breakdown of Illinois rural lifestyles and weather. When we arrived to the dealership, we were greeted by Robert and he had everything ready to finalize the deal. We spoke with the finance mangaer Larry Webb and he went above and beyond the scope of his duties. He went out of his way to get me the best possible deal for me. For that i thank you all at WEEKS DODGE, JEEP,CHRYSLER. I will most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone just so they can get the same courtesy and professionalism they have shown me. I hope these three gentlemen will still be there in 3 years as I will certainly buy from them again. Thank you guys !!!

John's the Man when it comes to getting you a deal at Week's. John always greets you with a smile, firm hand shake and how can I help you. Every individual experience has proven John to be a leader when it comes to the sale force. Therefor all my car buying will come from Week's and my salesman John Reed. Over the years I have got to know John and his family very well he is honest and trustworthy. You will always know you got a fair deal when you deal John , not like the other BS that you get from other dealers. Weeks will standby every transaction. If there is a problem it will be taken care of in a timely matter. If Weeks is not your first stop make them your last.

Chris Lowery service advisor does an excellent job. I have had 3 vehciles worked on and have been very pleased with his additude and promptness. they have done a tremendous job on all of my vehicles.
