Have always had excellent service until yesterday.. Appointment was at 3 checked in at 2:50. Sat until almost 4:30 when i ask how much longer. They had not touched the car. Said i had not shown up then was told they could not find my keys. When i went into the service area my keys were still on the counter where i had put them. Gentleman was very apologetic and gave my a loaner vehicle and promised my service would be done first thing Monday.

They go thru your car head to foot. When you leave you know your car is sound and good for a few thousand miles.

Appt. was made by dealer personnel and they performed work satisfactory and in a timely manner

They do exactly what they say they will. They went above and beyond and help my wife get the car she had been looking at for a while. And to my amazement was able to do it with no money down.
