I had a recall on my GMC 2021 Canyon.I called and made an appointment for this. I got there at 9:15 and waited. Finally at 10:15 I wAs informed you didn?t have the part!Why didn?t the service department tell me this when they made the appointment?so with the price of gas going up and wasting over an hour of my time this was unacceptable.

2020 Silverado Engine Compartment Noise
Appointment was setup quickly, when I called with my problem. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly and courteous people. The maintenance person took a ride with me, immediately knew what the problem was and took my truck into maintenance. The whole process, including the repairs took about one and a half hours. I am extremely happy with my Chevrolet (Wilkinson) dealership. I will buy my next Legend here.

Shelly is great! She kelp me up dated on the repairs of my car. When anything arose out of the ordinary she always let me know ahead of time so I could plan my day around the repairs. Everything worked out and I am back on the road again.
