Always professional, courteous.and thorough. Gregg Orr is my vehicle maintence provider only. Wouldn't think of going anywhere somewhere else

Sunroof glass spontaneously broke while I was driving on

Sunroof glass spontaneously broke while I was driving on the highway. This was brand new honda accord that Gregg Orr honda in Hot Springs loaned me while my car was being repaired. To my dismay, the dealership claimed I was lying about the incident and forced me to either file a claim with my personal insurance company or pay cash. I was forced to may $1,084 in cash (since my deductible is $1000). This is cash price and they should have covered this manufacturer defect, but even then didn't charge me the cost price and instead made a profit off of me. I used the VIN and submitted a safety report with the NTSB.

They took advantage of a tired exhausted family just

They took advantage of a tired exhausted family just trying to get back home to Ohio. Sold me a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 13,000 over market value so can't even trade in if I wanted to. Bought the warranty no use they only gave me top page nothing with expectations of the warranty car can't be driven has been broken down for 2 months bought it Dec 31st 2022 and am paying too much money monthly 1 for a car that I can't drive and now gave to pay thousands out of pocket to get it running again. I do not recommend these guys. They will take advantage of you and carry on with their day.

Terrence Brown was absolutely wonderful! Terrence was laid back and really listened to what we wanted. Robert in finance was also wonderful. He didn't try to up-sale us extensions that were unneeded. There is a very low inventory at all dealerships so we were lucky to find what we wanted.

. I brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to be service on 4/19/2021 to be serviced at Gregg Orr Honda of Hot Springs, a salesman Brian Sharrock approached me saying he would buy my car. I told him no I was bringing my car in to be serviced and I was on a social security income and had bad credit. He would not take no for an answer. He was very persistent and pressured me to look at other vehicles and unfortunately I was coerce into buying a 2015 Dodge Charger for $22099 which was a higher price than I realize because the salesman never told me the price when looking at the vehicle thou I ask several times. They told me the easycare insurance and gap insurance was required which was also put on the credit application to be financed. There was no buyers guide on the car nor a price sticker. Well the air conditioning does not work, the passenger back window does not work and he engine idles rough.. I called and spoke with a Justin service man about this he said to bring it in on 4/27/2021 at 9 am.. I asked if I would be charge Justin the serviceman said he have to ask his manager he did not know. I did not I fill out a credit application or received a copy of the credit application . The original sales man did not listen to what I was saying as I first brought this his attention about the air conditioning he just wanted to make a sale.. Now I'm stuck with this car that is a lemon .. I am so unhappy with the customer service it has been the worst car experience I have ever had. I spoke with the finance manager Robert and express my concern he said he was sympathetic and I need to speak with the general manager Heath and hung up. I tried to reach out to the manager left my number Heath has not called me back. I am so angry with the over all experience and that was taken advantage of
