I inquired online about a car that had just been listed on their website. Pasha J. Mohammadi reached out to me and was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I had an MSRP quote on hand, ready to negotiate, but he didn’t want to hear it at all. Instead, he proceeded to argue why the color of the car he had in stock was better and began putting down both the colorway and the dealership that gave me the MSRP quote.

Best experience ever!
Best experience ever! I have been leasing cars for over ten years, and Manoj "Ron" Guragain from Hayward Honda was spot on. The car that I had agreed upon, a CR-V EX AWD, after many communications, was waiting for me at the front when I arrived. The price quoted was the price given. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at a different Honda dealership the night before. I'm so glad I met Ron. He made the process seamless and was true to his word. That's all a customer asks for: transparency and to be treated with respect... and Ron delivered.

Terrible dealership.
Terrible dealership. Tried to look at cars they couldn’t even turn off a car alarm going off the whole time. Couldn’t concentrate on cars because of alarm. Going to a better dealer

Bought a new vehicle at Hayward Honda, we paid cash,...
Bought a new vehicle at Hayward Honda, we paid cash, salesman didn't even thank us or take us out to our car to show us how to use the instruments on the dash like other dealers. Then, the finance guy sold us an extended warranty that he said was a HONDA warranty (why would we think it wasn't right?) and he specifically said we could get service at our Honda dealer that we live closer to (which is El Cerrito) but he ended up selling us a bogus 3rd party extended warranty that had a TON of EXCLUSIONS including that we HAD to get service at Hayward Honda btw that is 50 miles away from our home. I called him twice a week for 4 months withOUT any consideration to return my call, I even called the main office and his manager and he still did NOT return my call so I had to call Honda Corporate and they took care of converting the bogus 3rd Party extended warranty to a HONDA warranty! BTW we also bought a brand new Honda at El Cerrito Honda the year before and they were completely thankful, spent an hour teaching my son how to use his new vehicle and no bogus 3rd party warranty. I'm sorry but I would NEVER do business with HAYWARD HONDA again!

Worst Dealer with Worst Finance Department/Sales - I lease a Honda Accord in 2019 and the finance guy sold a annual maintenance package which covers service charges for 3 years for ~ 900$, after a year when I took the car for first service, I got to know that the annual maintenance package only covers oil change which is priced $70 if I go directly. Such a work dealer with worst salesmen and particularly avoid dealing with finance guy 'KRISTOFFER KABANISAS'.

I visited Hayward Honda to test drive a Clarity hybrid....
I visited Hayward Honda to test drive a Clarity hybrid. I contacted the dealer, and Sales Rep Kip Dawson called me right back. He was able to set up a drive for me within the hour, to fit my schedule, and was professional, efficient and kind to me when I arrived to drive the car. I was fact-finding (not sure about the hybrid car world). Kip was great! No pressure, yet extremely helpful and knowledgeable to answer my questions. Ultimately, I went with a different car (all electric, not Kip's fault at all!) I just wanted to leave him a review, because I highly recommend him to all prospective buyers!

The sales team here did everything they could to help me. I came in needing to trade my car to lower my payments, and to hopefully get a vehicle that was both bigger and reliable. Annamarie really helped me out, and got me exactly what I need. I even ended up with a much higher trim than what I was looking at initially.
