Outstanding service

Corey made the process incredibly easy for me. I came in to look at a vehicle my dad saw online. I had my 2 year old son with me and Corey went above and beyond to make the process as simple as he could. He even drove my old car from my apartment to the dealership while I did my test drive of the new vehicle! He explained everything in terms I could understand, and was unbelievably patient with me and my fussy son.

The service attendant knew exactly what I was talking about when I presented my problem and he told me how long it would take and how much it would cost.

Great service

Service was quick. They do a good job of making sure you understand what they have done to your vehicle. You don't feel pressure to replace something they give you a recommendation but do it in a way so you don't feel you have to replace a filter, or tires right away. Also really like the courtesy vehicle service.

Very good service, friendly caring staff.

Keith was able to get the sale done while I was at work, brought the papers to my workplace for me to sign. He went above and beyond anything that a salesman is required to do. He is a wonderful asset to your establishment.

Best customer service

What impressed me most was the young man who waited on me as I drove my car up. His name was Micah E. I asked him for his last name. He was attentive, he listened and did not assume he knew what I wanted. I asked for an extra thing and he did it. I needed my front floorboards vacuumed, as my home vac could not do the job. He was respectful and did not use any slang words. He even held the door open for me when I went to to waiting area and pointed out to help myself to a cookie and beverage. when done he explained all the charges and answered my questions and wished me a good day. I do not see that kind of through service done with a smile. Keep him where he can serve the customer but pay him enough so you do not lose him to a higher paying job. He is valuable asset to your service department and the Honda brand.

Very fast service.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was hardly there very long. In fact, I didn't even finish a chapter in my book.

Honest service

Very fair. Excellent customer service. I have experiences of getting scammed by other automotive businesses in GF but not at Honda. In fact, Honda is by far the most honest I have seen.
