It's been a month I temporarily numberplate expires and they keep telling you tomorrow. Everytime someone answer. It's been a month going back and forth with them. And I'm stuck. Can't do anything because my car is parked for a month. Wasting more money using Uber and public transportation, also bought the car today engine light turned on the next day. Called them and the only thing they know is will call you right back. They give you a warranty that it's hard to connect with and it still did not cover the problem

This place is really good at lying. They lie about the amount, make you sign the contract over the phone, and later I found out that the 36-month installment was 39 months. I went to a far away place several times, but it didn't work out. This place is like the mafia, scary. You should never buy a car here. I've lived in the US for a long time, but it's embarrassing that a place like this exists in the US.

This place sucks it's been a month and a half and I have not receive my license plates yet. Customer service sucks they say they will call you back and never do. Now I'm stuck with a car in my driveway can't use it cuz temporary place expired already.

For all of us who brought cars from this company that are having problems I am trying to get a group of us together to call consumer affairs and DMV to report them for selling lemons I am Also goung to reach out to a attorney because if this I was sold a car with a bad engine they need to do something.

at first, we tried to get a car from one lot to The other location nearby. initially, they weren’t going to do it. However, my wife showed up to the dealership nearby and they did go and retrieve the car for her. There was a lack of communication and my experience was not great. We did not purchase a car there was really no negotiating. I believe there were dealer fees involved that they weren’t upfront about.

Best place to buy a car from. The guys are great and help you with everything. I am so happy I got my 2020 Acura tlx from them. Sal really hooked me up with the best price!!!!
