Great customer service, and friendly people.

Great customer service, and friendly people. As soon as you walk into the dealer you get a friendly welcome, making you feel at home. From the sales staff to the service department everyone was very polite and respectful. Salesman Joshua was very kind and friendly putting no pressure of any kind in order to make a sale. When I asked him to provide me with a copy of the CARFAX, for the truck I looking to buy, he pulled up his lap top and showed to me right there and then. He also game me a copy of it. After getting the truck Joshua gave me a complementary oil change. I highly recommend Clearshift at Highlands Ranch for your next truck purchase, you will love their customer service.

I bought a truck from the Highlands Ranch location, and

I bought a truck from the Highlands Ranch location, and it was a good experience. Not a "typical" dealership experience. I recommend both Graham, and Troy for their simple process, and communication.

Spent weeks working especially with Angie while I

Spent weeks working especially with Angie while I negotiated with my insurance on my totaled car - in New Mexico. After a lot of troubles in shipping the car to New Mexico, I had a super experience with everyone at ClearShift holding on to the car I wanted and getting every question answered at a distance. Finally received a fine used car that was exactly what I wanted - after searching the whole country.

Had a great experience. Felix was awesome to work with. Got in and out in a timely manner and answered all questions that I had. I will definitely work with them again!

Had a good experience.

Had a good experience. Worked with Joey who was very helpful. No real issues and everything was fairly straightforward. I live an hour and a half away but believe that the trip was worth it.

We were pre approved but still had issues at the

We were pre approved but still had issues at the dealership. New vehicle was not cleaned vacuumed out and empty tank. That is how we picked up our new $50k plus explorer

Left a message at this dealership as I was interested in

Left a message at this dealership as I was interested in a truck they had. Got a call the next day from 720 257 6186, and the person was very loud and dominating. I asked him about the price and if they could make what was a faid deal on the website per the websites grading to a good or great deal, he got seemingly angry. He went on and on, on a rant when it was a simple yes or no answer. After the barrage I mentioned that there was a truck at another dealership that was a bit less...hoping to get at least 100bucks off even but he blew up and screamed " then why don't you go buy that one then"...I hung up from the verbal abuse and guess what. I bought the truck I was talking about. From a very nice kind salesman.

I bought a 2021 Kia Telluride it turns out the vehicle

I bought a 2021 Kia Telluride it turns out the vehicle had a special circumstance. It was made in Canada and only had a Canadian warranty. ClearShift worked relentlessly to get Kia Canada to service my vehicle and also purchased me a 5 year 75,000 warranty at no expense to me to make the issues right. You can be assured if there is an issue Matt Wilson will get it fixed for you. Thank you ClearShift for making the sale right.
