Waste of time from 2.5 hr drive

Don't waste your time. Literally. Made an appointment a week ahead of time, then confirmed the appointment day before and texted day of to let him know I was on my way. I love 2.5 hours away..Showed up, car was covered in snow and ice. Went to the front door where the open sign was up and door was locked. Texted and no reply. Went and had lunch, decided not to go back. What a terrible experience, never got a text back or anything. No apology. What a terrible place
