The marketing for this dealership is ran by the owners wife and she doesn't even come onto the dealerships site. communication between the wife and actual workers of the dealership is horrible. most of the model 3 tesla's are keyed and/or sold even though they are still listed on sites as available. wouldn't trust it.

The communication with this dealership has been way less than what I’m used to finally got in contact with someone got the approval on the car that I wanted. The salesman was supposed to go see if they could work on the numbers because I had a certain payment that I wanted to be at And with the current approval I was $30 over that. I haven’t heard from that salesman and it’s been almost 2 weeks so I’m just assuming they couldn’t work the numbers but they never called back to tell me anything.

This review is overdue. I went to look at a Nissan Titan on a Saturday afternoon about an hour before they closed. I had a very crazy experience with another dealership and was not able to get a truck they offered WITH CASH. Logan was the one that helped me and I was very impressed with his professional and easy going attitude. It was a no brainer for me to get the truck. I've had it now for 2 months and am very pleased with the truck. But more so, very happy that I had the honor of working with Karsten & Moore auto group. I will recommend this dealership to everyone if the are looking for a no hassle, friendly company to buy a vehicle from. Great job guy's. Keep up the good work.

Exceptional customer service! Nick was exceptional at every corner from the bolt out the door to every turn never dropped the ball is consistent and everything you said he did provide me with every opportunity to purchase the car that I could love this online video I like This personal touch he has my vote and he has my purchase if this one doesn't work out the way I want I'm going to come back to him and we're going to work out a deal because I have confidence in his assets. job knowledge and through with honesty!
