I purchased a brand-new Jeep from Bayside Chrysler Dodge
I purchased a brand-new Jeep from Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Annapolis in January 2025. Just a few months later, I discovered a non-impact crack on the windshield that originated from the base — a clear sign of a manufacturing or stress defect. Since the vehicle is still under warranty, I brought it to Bayside for what I assumed would be straightforward warranty service. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but professional. The service rep, Hannah, quickly snapped photos of the windshield to submit a warranty claim but refused my offer to move the vehicle to a shaded area so the crack could be photographed clearly — resulting in sun glare and poor images that failed to show the issue accurately. She seemed in a rush and did not take the time needed to properly document the problem. As expected, the claim was denied, and when I followed up a week later, I offered to bring the car back in for better photos. Instead of helping, Bayside refused, saying they would only resubmit the same flawed photos. They said they’d talk to their GM about working something out — but I never received a callback. After waiting over two months, I called again and was told by the service department that they would not do anything to help me. I asked to speak to a manager or the GM and was bluntly refused. I was told there was "nothing they were willing to do." This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I bought a brand-new vehicle with the expectation of being treated with integrity, especially when warranty issues arise. Instead, I received rushed service, poor communication, and zero accountability. Buyer beware — once they sell you the car, you’re on your own. I would not recommend Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone based on their lack of support, customer service, and refusal to stand by their product.

From the moment I walked in, Joe Ward, Product Specialist, and Kenny Cresswell, General Manager, treated me with the kind of professionalism and genuine respect I had only encountered at high-end luxury dealerships like Mercedes-Benz. I came in with a pre-approval from Navy Federal and pricing from another dealership. Rather than dismissing the information or pressuring me, Kenny took the time to review everything carefully and, like magic, put together a deal that far exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just about getting a vehicle. It was about how I was treated throughout the process with transparency, patience, and integrity. To begin, I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the Service Department at this dealership. The entire team, particularly the Service Desk peeps, have demonstrated a genuine desire to assist and are extremely helpful. While this review does not reflect on the Service Team, it does address concerns regarding the Sales Manager (or some other title that should focus on customer service, but fails), Kenny Cresswell. My experience purchasing a Jeep from this dealership was remarkably straightforward... for the Sales Team. I knew the exact Jeep I wanted, retrieved it from the snow embankment myself, opted out of a test drive, and did not require a trade-in. Easiest sale that day for sure. However, shortly after driving off the lot, I encountered an issue with the speaker roll bar which lead to an insane amount of visits to this dealership over the next four months. Almost every two weeks I would drop off my new Jeep before work and retrieve it after work, and on two occasions, I was provided with a loaner car. Despite the significant time commitment involved, I acknowledge that the Service Team diligently attempted to resolve the problem with the speaker roll bar. The most recent loaner vehicle I was provided with ended up dying in my driveway, resulting in missing my best friends birthday party and subsequently needing to Uber to work from Baltimore to Annapolis the following morning. Once I was finally able to reach Kenny Cresswell and detail the inconvenience, its time-consuming nature, and financial burden this situation has caused, he didn't offer to make any concessions. With the best part being him dismissing the issue as inconsequential, stating that the sound system malfunction was not as significant a problem since it didn't involve the vehicle's motor. He suggested that I reduce the volume of my music or refrain from utilizing CarPlay altogether. It is important to stress again, that this is a brand-new 2025 Jeep equipped with CarPlay capabilities, which should be capable of handling any music I choose to play. I should not be compelled to listen exclusively to podcasts with the top down...lame. Furthermore, Kenny Cresswell's disregard for the substantial time and effort I have invested in visiting this dealership to rectify this issue is highly inconvenient. I have received no follow-up calls or offers to address the problem or accommodate my time. In light of the inconsiderate and unsympathetic behavior from the manager, I strongly advise against purchasing from this dealership. And might advise Kenny attending some Customer Service classes...or demonstrate basic empathy for someone who just dropped multiple racks at his dealership.

Alisha Bryd was amazing. In my quest to find a vehicle that I felt safe in and comfortable to drive, I found a used vehicle at Bayside Annapolis. Alisha went above and beyond to communicate with me on every aspect of the purchase. I worked with Marva in finance. What a breath of fresh air. She spoke with me about all the options and helped me make decisions that fit my situation. Worked with Gerald as well. All together amazing team with this purchase.

Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for my daughter who is in college. The car stopped working a month after we purchased it. Working with Brittany was seamless. She helped us troubleshoot the problem and was helpful in getting it fixed. Although it was frustrating because we needed to be without a car, the ongoing updates, excellent service and professionalism was very much appreciated. Brandon was also helpful in this process in providing professional service.

I bought a used car from here from Christian.
I bought a used car from here from Christian. He was great and really the only reason that I bought the car was because of him. If this was based on him I would give five stars. The dealership was clean and people seemed nice. However, when it came time to sign papers I had to go into the finance lady’s office. I think her name was Melva or something similar that starts with an M. She was extremely derogatory towards me. I was in there with my husband and she made several comments regarding how I was lucky to have a man to buy me things and I was lucky he was there to know about cars. And when I denied the warranty she was rude and essentially snatched the paper away from me when I refused the deal. She then had me sign the finance papers and when I did she stood up said here’s your keys and I left. No hand shake or warm wishes at all she was very unprofessional and rude. If this is how this company does business I am sorry for all who have to deal with her. I also had an issue that three days after my car was home it died. The sales manager, Kenny, said I would have to pay for the battery. After some arguing with him he said I could get it done free of charge. I found it very unprofessional that I would have to pay for something to be fixed that was clearly bad before I bought it. The parts person I dealt with was named Brittany. She was amazing and I would recommend anyone go to see her as she was the best part of the experience for me when dealing with the issue. In closing Christian and Brittany are amazing employees. And the dealership should be lucky to have them. Because they are the only reason I bought and kept the car.
