Derrick and Nikko were fantastic to work with! We live out of state and were looking for a very specific vehicle. We found the perfect one at West Herr and Derrick took an incredible amount of time videoing the vehicle, answering questions and working out a great price. Nikko helped navigate purchasing a vehicle out of state and got us a great rate on our loan remaining after down payment. Would definitely go here again to purchase our next vehicle.

I was very pleased with how I was treated. I asked to test drive a vehicle that was at another one of their dealerships and they made that happen quickly and were very pleasant about it. I did not end up buying the car but felt bad because the treatment was so good!

I came in for my yearly inspection and also requested an oil change and tire rotation. From my entering in to Webster West Herr I was treated cordially and professionally. The entire experience was excellent.

I am Highly Disappointed in West her of webster had some recalls on my truck so made an appointment, then took truck in,oh you should know I am a NY State inspector my self and the truck is one year old.well on the way there I noticed that my inspection was about to run out so I ask if they might inspect it as long as I was there they said yes and got me a shuttle ride .got a call about 1 or so saying all up date's had been done but as for the NY State inspection it would not pass because it had window tint on the front side windows. The truck was purchased from a Ford dealership with the tint on before I picked it up they also assured me that the window tint was 30% and would pass NY state inspection laws and as an NY state inspector I was inclined to believe them as I used a tint meter to make sure. Not sure what type of measurements they used but clearly the inspector was not up on NY STATE vehicle laws if they where then they would of know about section 375 (12a) of the NYS VEHICLE and Traffic Law which clearly states that windshield and front side windows can not block more than 30% of the light which means tint can be 30% and that's what was on the windows .But even if the inspector did not know this the service manager should have known this maybe they don't know how to use a tint meter but if they don't know about something as simple as that I don't want them working on any one's vehicle that I know !won't be going back
