One of the poorest customer service experiences I've encountered. You cannot get a real person on the phone and they never call you back. There is no option within their phone system to speak directly to anyone. They refuse to give out the owner/manager's name and contact information.

Request for quote of remote key and return cable
Moved from KC to PA. I had been contacted this dealer a couple times to make a new remote key due to I only have one. Never have a quote back from this dealer. Set up an appointment to find out the real work service this dealer can provide to reset TPC sign and purchase a coupling cable. The cost to reset the TPC sign is outrage. Coupling cable is not matched. I paid cash for this coupling. Part service told me they will send a check in 1-2 weeks. It is over one month and I never receive a check. It is odd they will reimburse w/ check when return an unfit product.

Moved from KC to PA. I had been contacted this dealer a couple times to make a new remote key due to I only have one. Never have a quote back from this dealer. Richard Zamora and Danny Hentz are some shady dudes. Sold a car out from underneath me after agreeing on the sale. Do not purchase from these jokers.

Great car buying experience!
The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour. The best car buying experience I've ever had, thanks!

Poor customer service. The sales person did not follow up on my concerns. Received a second key that did not work, service used the wrong color to touch paint the car, and the cover for the trunk of my SUV was missing. It took over two weeks to get everything. It might have taken longer if I did not complain. They also continued to take payment for previous Mercedes, which I turned on the same day that I got my new car, through automated payment through Mercedes Benz financial. I had to complain to my bank to get my money back. This took almost 30 days. Mercedes Benz of West Chester told me that this happened because they forgot to send the paper work to the financial office to inform them that I no longer had my older Mercedes. It is hard for me to do everyone else's job an enjoy my retirement.

Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

Great deal and awesome treatment
