I am so happy I found my dream car.

I am so happy I found my dream car. Geoff Giampapa was a great and helpful salesman. He made the whole process seamless. He even stayed late to make sure I got into my dream car. Also, the financial manger Sam Li was so informative. He explained everything he made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely buy from them again and I love my car so much thank you.

Kristina is an excellent service advisor . Kept me informed, made sure I understood the repair needs fully. Showed me what need to be repaired. Provided me with a loaner.

Ryan, my service representative, is superb.

Ryan, my service representative, is superb. He is very personable and professional. Everything was very timely. Ryan kept me up to date on the progress of my 60K maintenance. Having a loaner also is very convenient. Thank you Ryan for making this all possible today! The overall experience a top 10+++.

MB of Hanover has an excellent Service Department. I have been taking my cars there for ten plus years and have always been happy with their service. My advisor, Enio, as well as Shawn, are courteous and take time to inform me of the services needed on my car and why. A new feature is the video they send you showing exactly what needs to be done.

I really appreciate how nice everyone is.

I really appreciate how nice everyone is. Communication is good as well. Enio helped me this time and he made the service process very easy. This time I also got a video showing me the undercarriage and my tires. I had a feeling I was going to need some new tires, and it was appreciated to have the service engineer send me a video with the reasons why.
