The Service Department is terrible.

The Service Department is terrible. When you call to find the status of your vehicle the call goes straight to voicemail. My car has been in over a week and I cannot get anyone to call me back. I cannot recommend this dealership. The service is terrible.

Waiting room was clean.

Waiting room was clean. Service was going to take three hours so they gave us a loaner to do some errands.

Satisfied Customer

Very good service. Courteous employee. My visit was seamless and met my expectations as the employee interations with each other and People skills are reason I chose to purchase a new vehicle at Lonestar Cadillac. Michael did not disappoint.
