A fantastic experience with Mitch. My wife and I went to Keenan trying to figure out what vehicle would be best for our family. Mitch and Rob were extremely patient and attentive to our needs, while guiding us to a final decision. I bought my 6th Honda yesterday. I worked with Joe Danzo on purchacing my 2021 Pilot SE and my experience was excelent. I knew what I wanted for my 2006 Pilot trade and what I wanted to pay for my new 2021 Pilot and Joe got the deal done before I had to return home to pick my kids up from school. I went back in the evening to sign all the paperwork and Joe gave me a thorough crash course of all the new options while waiting to finish up the paperwork! The customer service in sales & service departments is the reason why 4 out of my 6 Honda's purchased over the past 20 years have had a Keenan sticker on the back!

We had an excellent experience with George, our salesperson. He was very patient and worked within our price range. Checkout was the sticking point. After two hours we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. Getting the bill and paying it took almost another two hours. George was great. We would buy another car through him!
