My car has been serviced by Century Chevrolet for a few years now and as long as they have service advisors like Tom ("Tall Tom") Ricicki I will always come back! He knows what my car does and doesn't need and is so pleasant to deal with. Awesome service!

I would never take my car anywhere else. The staff here are beyond kind and caring. They are so accommodating, take extended time to make sure they understand any concerns you have and making sure they have answered absolutely any question you may have. Service is done quickly and efficiently. They put me in a beautiful rental so transportation was never a concern of mine while they looked at my vehicle. I recommend them to literally anyone who asks me about anything regarding buying or servicing a vehicle!

Even tho I did not schedule an appt for oil change. Julian Gonzalez got me in and out less than an hour. Also, he showed me how do the map direction. That is what I like, great service always.

Helpful and friendly people the process of buying a new car was easy didn't have a Hassel they work with you and get you to where you want to be or close to where you want to be

John was very professional and even had the Service department check on a recent noise at the same time as my oil was changed and tires rotated.

We purchased a Traverse in 2010 and have been having it serviced here since then. The service department is a refreshing break from low expectations - they go above and beyond in professionalism, friendliness, honesty and reliability. They are fast, cost-effective, and thorough. They know Chevrolet's policies and how to use them to the customer's advantage, even to getting leaners if needed. Through oil changes, recalls, and any other need, Tall Tom has been there to make my car run to its best ability. Tom and his service team know the car inside and out, and never recommend anything that doesn't need doing. I would refer anyone with car issues to contact Tom and his team!

Took our daughters car in to have a couple of service lights checked out. The technician was very friendly and honest with what he recommended we have done.

Very efficient- they made my car buy experience super easy, and it was fun! We had a great test drive and the internet sales team helped with a actual appointment and then introduced me to Phil who helped with the purchase. Seriously, if I knew it would have been this easy I would have done it months ago.
