Great service

Service was great and staff was very friendly , the shuttle service was a great option for me because he took me to a close store where I could spend the rest of the waiting time.

it was great!

Tom was great in service! I called about the extra warranty on my truck with the def system and they said yes it was covered. I dropped it off on a Thur and they said they would get it in the following week. Then they called me and said it was done and it was the next day. Quick turn around.

Fixing an old truck again is making me Old!

I probably won’t be putting any more $$$ into that 93’ Silverado! I’m hoping the fixing stops until I can get something a lot newer!!

Slow at greeting... but great service from Cody !

I had an overall good experience, I felt they were a little slow in greeting me but once engaged had very pleasant service . I had routine oil change and tire rotation and it was done to my satisfaction.

I had my car transmission serviced and inspected.

I got the service I needed for my car, with a very thorough description of anything that was wrong or that needed attention with my vehicle. I did have to wait awhile for the service, however there were several customers in the office at the time.

Fantastic New Car Purchase Experience

It's so easy to get down and into a bad situation buying a new car. You're in a rush, but they are not. They want to hit a month end number, but you're not ready to commit. Sometimes it's a battle between different drivers. However, my time at Century Chevrolet was top notice. Starting with Rachel and carried home by Jory. They listened to what I wanted, didn't try to sell me what I didn't, which is rare itself. Walked in, stated my needs, they listened and it produced a sale. Nothing at all in the experience left me wanting more. Top notch staff, smooth and simple process, happy customers. They are over an hour away from where I live, and my next car I'll happily drive to Century to purchase.

Services matched my expectations

I have nearly 200,000 miles on my vehicle, and was recently told by another dealership that I should replace the ball joints. Service crew not only did that but performed an alignment, checked my brakes, and found a leaking seal in my transaxle. Seems to drive better afterward, and the center had the necessary parts in stock. Sent me detailed checklist and explanation of improvements made.

Great Experience.

We were early for our appointment, but they worked us in early. In fact, we were out by the time we were to check in and on our way back to northern Colorado. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their service.
