It was my first ever purchase of a new vehicle!

It was my first ever purchase of a new vehicle! It's a wonderful establishment with great people! Lamar was very nice, considerate and helpful! He's an amazing guy and I would recommend him to anyone that wanted to purchase a new vehicle! If I could rate him more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat!

We dealt with David Bentley and he gets a 10+ on a scale of 1-5. Your team, sales, followup, and service knocks it out of the park. We've been dealing with David Bentley for several years now, even before he came to John Megal, and he's always spot on!!

Spent 3hrs to drive vehicle that wasn’t right.

Spent 3hrs to drive vehicle that wasn’t right. Was asked by a manager to come back when fixed, only to have vehicle sold out from under me. Surely reflects a company with no business morals.

Skylar Caldwell was a great sales rep to us.

Skylar Caldwell was a great sales rep to us. I live in Los Angeles so all communication over phones, text and email. He answered all our question quickly and clearly. He did everything he said we was going to do, followed thru on all his commitments to us and got the car delivered from Ga. to Ca. very quickly. He even followed up with us a week or so later to ensure everything was okay. Thank you Skylar ! - K

I'm 62 years old and have had many experiences with car dealers and salesman. Some good, some not so good. I've never felt more comfortable and confident than my experience buying a truck from Zach Norris and the staff at John Megel Ford. Zach is a very pleasant young man and he's very friendly and understanding of the experience of buying a new vehicle. I'll definitely do business with this dealership again. I was extremely surprised with the efforts and detail that Zach showed us while deciding on our purchase. From the time we were greeted at the door until we were driving off the lot it was hands down the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever made. Great Job Zach,Rus,Brad and the entire team at John Megel Ford! Way to make car shopping great again! Thanks!
