Way better than Murrays Ford. The lady that waited on me in the heavy truck department was very friendly. The woman who waited on me from Murrays Ford was so rude. It was like I was such a pain to be waited on. This lady you now have is very friendly and very polite. I got in and out very quickly and price wise very reasonable. I got a RV inspection.

Spitzer Ford heavy truck service, technicians and staff,
Spitzer Ford heavy truck service, technicians and staff, are fantastic! Driving our 30 foot, 6 ton class c RV with ford E450 triton v10 engine on family trip for family event, from NJ to Colorado. Blew a sparkplug Saturday night in Debois.. Marooned all Sunday. Called Spitzer 8 a.m. Monday, Got there 20 minutes later. Immediate attention. IMMEDIATE SERVICE! Accesed engine Isolated blown plug Replaced destroyed parts Rethreaded plug port Replaced ALL 10 spark plugs (my request!) Detailed check Replaced belt and pulley Put it all back together Done by 4pm More than fair price OUR TRAVELS SAVED! We are forever grateful for caring, exper service! I had such a good experience at Spitzer Ford Dubois, LLC! Jaycen was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was knowledgable, personable, and very easy to talk with. His manager, Morgan, was also amazing. Mitchell in finance was also incredibly helpful. He was very thorough and made sure I understood every part of the process. I was given a great trade-in value for my car, and also a great price for the one I bought. I can't recommend Spitzer DuBois enough!
