These are the most arrogant worst salesmen I have ever

These are the most arrogant worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. Full of lies and deception. Refuse to return calls when having issues, told me I couldn't get a prorated reimbursement on an extended warranty they sold me. Stay as far away as possible.

Hunter my car salesman was good.

Hunter my car salesman was good. Great communication back and forth. Was unable to come test drive the car i wanted until the weekend so we haggle out a deal and got all my paperwork ready for a coworker to finish for him since he was off that weekend and gets his commission. Hunter also said he would put the vehicle in the back so no one grabs it. They put fresh brakes on it for me, put new inspections on, detailed, etc. Get a call day before we were coming that they SOLD the vehicle we were about to finalize. Dummy me i should have mentioned putting a deposit down to hold the car. 1st time a car was ever sold from underneath me. Think maybe all the salesmen there should encourage deposits to hold cars 1-2 days. Dealership was nice. Just an annoying experience to go through.

This was my worst experience with the most unethical

This was my worst experience with the most unethical management team lead by Rob Delbo and his incompetent desk manager Garrett Walls. I have 21 less places to look for a vehicle now

Rob Delbo and his management team are the most unethical

Rob Delbo and his management team are the most unethical I have ever came across. They sold me a car remotely. Told me paper work when is the mail after they had resold the jeep. Then instead of telling me that they did not value my business and sold the car we had a deal on to someone else, they ghosted me for 3 days. Lots of text documentation to send off to the proper people. If the state agrees with me, they will not be eligible to take advantage of customers in the future.

I had an excellent buying experience at Blase Alexander

I had an excellent buying experience at Blase Alexander Jeep. Specifically, our salesman, Sam B. was very attentive, responsive and secured a good, fair deal on a new Wagoneer. I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

My experience with the sales team was fantastic!

My experience with the sales team was fantastic! My experience with service was quite the opposite. I’m not going to get into the specifics but I bought a vehicle for my wife and myself from an Alexander dealer. I had a few in the service center drop the ball and I had a nightmare of dealing with them. The worst part was that I received a survey for my experience when buying the vehicles but when I had a bad experience I didn’t get a survey. I would hope that is not how they keep the ratings up. I ended up spending almost $500 in rental while dealing with them. Worst part now is I have a newer vehicle with an extended warranty and am not sure how I am going to deal with future repairs. The disappointment is I know that Blaise in general must have a better business model than I received.

Went to this dealership for routine oil change, tire

Went to this dealership for routine oil change, tire rotation and a rear brake squealing. Vehicle still under warranty, when service was completed staff started the checkout process never mentioning anything about my complaint. When I asked, they responded it was normal and blew me off. Less then a week later I recieved an email stating that I declined two recommended service items by them. These items were never even brought to my attention at anytime during my visit. Dealership, responded to several of my reviews stating they did or would be reaching out to me, that never happened either. These people could care less about thier customers or thier service.

Service was great.

Service was great. Staff was helpful and courteous. Questions were answered in detail. Would recommend if looking for a new vehicle.

Great Experience!

Great Experience!! traded in a Renegade for a wrangler. Reese was great to work with as was everyone at the dealership. Beings we had to travel over an hour to get to the dealership, we could not make it till Saturday. they were in contact with me throughout the week to let me know the wrangler was waiting for me! everything went smooth and we drover our wrangler home. would defiantly recommend!!
