Very efficient in transacting the entire deal.

Very efficient in transacting the entire deal. Had all the paperwork ready. Despite the virtual meeting not effectively scheduled, Vilius went out of the way to provide prompt service.

They did a great job for my wife and I. Our salesman Phillip Curtis went the extra mile to make sure everything went smooth. Customer Service.

Customer Service. Recently took a test drive in this Lightning a month ago and came to the conclusion that it was a little out of my price. Unexpectedly received a call from Salesperson, Nadine Kawas about a recent reduction in price. She was n top of my concerns and provided me with options. SOLD!

Was extremely interested in a vehicle, was told the title

Was extremely interested in a vehicle, was told the title wasn't in. Waited three weeks and was told the title still wasn't there, salesman even texted me it wasn't in. Called right after I got the text as I noticed the website said available and a priced drop. Sales lady said that they had the title and it was ready to go. Not impressed with this dealership.

I have been purchasing car’s from Elder Ford/Suburban Ford for easily 20 years. I like the service department because of the ease of use. The service rep was friendly and helpful, and managed to get my car back to me after closing! Great job! By the way, I love my Escape Hybrid!
