They misrepresent cars. Advertising gives one kind of spec, and the real car totally different. No ethics.

From the sales team to management, the entire operation thrives on lies and empty promises. They knowingly sell defective cars while pretending everything has been “inspected” and is in good condition. The moment you drive off the lot, the problems start. When you bring the issues back, they’ll promise to repair them — but instead, they string you along for 30 days after your purchase. Why? Because they know once that window closes, they can wash their hands of any responsibility. It’s a calculated scam. The employees (including management) are not just unprofessional, they are flat-out dishonest. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money, then vanish when it’s time to deliver. Their business model is built on fraud, deception, and stalling tactics. If you value your hard-earned money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from CarVault Waldorf. Warning!

Warning!!! Beware and read before purchase. This place has nice looking cars but poor business practices that will continue to get them dragged into court. Purchased a vehicle and paid in full. No loan! CASH! Said the car would be clean and fixed. None of that happened. Tire sensors where bad and they sent us to a repair shop that they act like they own but they have no idea you are coming and work independently. The repair shop has their own business. So, when we asked to do our own paperwork at purchase they said they do it and cannot provide us with the title to do our own. Instead they charge you $700 for paperwork you can do yourself like we tried. This is illegal. Not happy about wasting time trying to get the car fixed we asked for our money back the next day after purchase. They refused! This is also illegal. Cops came and they lied about everything and said we are banned from the lot. Very dishonest people. Even made a comment that I, the husband needed to talk some since into my wife, so women beware if you go up there. Overall you have people there saying they are the owner when they are not. They would not provide contact information. The police had to get their information from them. Everything is true and they have worked diligently to erase comments for Google reviews. BUT! One thing they can’t erase is BBB complaints. Purchase at your own risk. You have been warned!

I brought a vehicle 2 months ago and been paying ever since. They provided the Carfax but of course, all the information wasn’t provided. They constantly gave me the run arounds and being very vague. Do not entertain and especially purchase from this car dealership.

Purchase cash for a vehicle in March 2024.

Purchase cash for a vehicle in March 2024. My salesman Billy said all vehicles are serviced before sale. After Purchase decided to check the oil, popped the hood, there was leaves and debris over the engine & the oil was very black. Waited 2 months for tags that was paid for, when they mounted missing one screw. Very very disappointed. Will not recommend this dealership. 🤔

They had a nice looking car for a really good price.

They had a nice looking car for a really good price. Asked lots of questions. They were very vague with the answers. I asked about some potential damage I saw in the pictures. They never answered the questions about those pictures and just answered other things that I didn’t necessarily ask. So I moved on.

Please don’t make the mistake I made.

Please don’t make the mistake I made. If you decide to buy from here please be mindful they do not have a RETURN policy, these vehicles do not receive multipoint inspections, customer service can be subpar, they cannot offer you any car care afterwards. I WISH I could get my money back that I saved a year for. (1st car bought cash) They could fix it and resale it. I bought an 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet from this dealership oct 12. I had the vehicle in my possession for 18 days , on the 19th day which was my Audi appointment to have it checked out. On the way to Annapolis Audi it went in to engine failure due to turbo failure, cylinder misfire. I had to have the vehicle towed to Audi. (Oct 30) After learning the official diagnosis on Nov 2nd. I reach out to Nemo Nov 4th(he does not work Mondays) This is where the nightmare continues He reaches out Nov 5th to tell me to send him the cost sheet from Audi I also asked him if they were able to pick it up. I did not get an another text until Nov6th after I repeatedly text him and told him the car cannot continue to just sit at Audi ..As i need direction. “He told me he was waiting for answers from the shop as they were sourcing parts & They can’t get it “ Nov 6th he told me the price. I asked him if they were going to cover anything he said yes they could (which I do appreciate ) Nov 13th i had it to towed which cost me ($190 dollars to have it towed ) i was out of town. I texted him to let him know it was headed to the shop. I got a response after i texted him again on the 14th “saying yes we are waiting for payment but we don’t take card transactions no more” i let him know i was till out of town and how unprofessional this experience was and how they can at least move forward till i get back in town.” Text him again on Nov 15th to get an update “we’re going to have our mechanics look at it.” No date no time was given ! I repeatedly asked “he said next week” Nov 19th comes I text him “Has the mechanic been there? I need an update?” He said he scheduled for tomorrow. Nov 20th after I texted him “he’s doing a deeper dive to make sure nothings wrong.” Confused and frustrated I asked will it be repaired by Christmas . He said “It’s should be repaired by Christmas for sure just want to fix it 100% and repairs takes time”. Tuesday Dec 3rd I have not received a email, text, phone call, pigeon letter NOTHING. I called twice per usual no response I texted still no response. I called the dealership ask to speak to a manager they said one was not present they will call me back . I called back later as i received no call “ was placed on hold and was told to call back tomorrow” Dec 5th Thursday I called back was told “call back tomorrow as the mechanic will be here, he is still checking the vehicle out.” I asked to speak to Manager he told me “ he’s going to tell you the same thing, we’re not mechanics and we don’t know how long it takes to diagnose a vehicle and we’re not taking Audis word.” At this point the car has probably not been worked on, no parts ordered, hasn’t received a diagnosis when the car placed in their possession since Nov13th I don’t have a problem with them not taking Audis word/paperwork. I do have a problem with the lack of communication, not answering the phone, having to respond by text, lack of effort and xxxx poor service. At the very least the vehicle should have a diagnosis and parts should have been ordered. I will more than likely have to have it towed back to Audi so it can be fixed. I have bought cars all over and usually buy every year as I do Turo as well ! I have never experienced anything like this and I will not buy anything from them again. I will take this as a learning experience and move forward. I will make a TikTok about this as well ! -St. Magnolia Estates

I’m revising my original review. We bought a camero in June things went great at first. We were told all fluids were topped off, they were not told they ordered center caps for the ones that were missing still haven’t gotten them lost the protective from underneath on the way home I called about it I was told I will speak with my GM and call you back still waiting almost 3 weeks later. Called about the center caps not arriving said they would call back again still waiting for that call. Staff were friendly but when we left the lot and developed problems that same day and are still waiting on the products to arrive they are not willing to a accommodate or communicate
