Cham is absolutely a wonderful person. He is like the friendliest most professional medical doctor you have ever had while being the most knowledgable person about cars. Car sales person doesn't come close to describing him. He is the person you have always hope to find when you go to purchase a new car. He is the BEST. If you are in the market for a Cadillac forget all the other dealer and go meet him at Cadillac of Pasadena. The best experience buying a new car in 50 years of buying new cars.

Horrible is an understatement.
Horrible is an understatement. This was the absolute worst car dealership experience of my 35 years of buying and selling cars. After getting a quick estimate of my car's value on KBB.com, I was contacted by Cadillac Pasadena, showing interest in purchasing my vehicle. They asked me to bring it in for a final evaluation before cutting a check. I picked up my daughter from school and drove straight to the dealership, arriving at 2:30 pm. They evaluated the car and agreed to purchase it by 2:50 pm. We started the paperwork, and I called my wife to leave work early, pick up the second car key from home, and meet us at the dealership via Uber. My wife brought the key by 4:20 pm, and these xxxxxxxx made the three of us wait in the lounge area until the finance person became available to complete the paperwork and cut a check. These jerks kept us waiting until 9:20 pm, even though the dealership closed at 8 pm. Every 15-20 minutes, the xxxxxxx manager would come up to us with some xx problem they encountered, deducting $500, then $850, and finally $1200 for reasons that made no sense. After rejecting the last $1200 deduction, the xxxxface manager came up to us at 9:20 pm to say they decided not to proceed with the purchase. Here we were, waiting for 6 1/2 hours, half-asleep, for this guy to come and tell us they weren’t going to buy the car after all. Had I not been married, I would have shoved my fist down that GM's throat and taken it out through his rear end. I’ve never felt the level of rage and frustration I experienced that night. It's been three months since that day, and not a single day goes by that I don't think about how I'll respond to this treatment. My wife made me write this review to put an end to this before I regret my actions. I'm 51 years old and have seen every kind of xxxxxxx in my life, but this was a new low. Every time I pass by this dealership, my blood pressure spikes. Just imagine for a second: you make three people wait 6 1/2 hours for a signature and a check, only to inform them that you’ve decided not to proceed. What kind of low-life xxxxxxx individual do you have to be to do that? By now, I'm sure you can tell how furious I am as I type this. I hope this review ends this trauma for me and gives people a heads-up on what to expect from the manager at Cadillac Pasadena. Please forgive the foul language—believe me, I tried to exclude it, but I couldn't. Avoid this place at all costs. They don't deserve your business. This dealership is a haven for incompetent, deceitful, and utterly disrespectful staff. They treat potential customers like trash and clearly have no sense of decency or professionalism. The so-called "manager" is a pathetic excuse for a human being, let alone a professional. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this dumpster fire of a dealership. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Cadillac Pasadena like the plague. They don’t deserve a single cent or second of your time.

I've been holding off on writing this review for a while
I've been holding off on writing this review for a while and I've given them plenty of opportunity to fix it, but they haven't. Tony was a great salesperson and we were happy with everything initially. We bought a 2021 Yukon Diesel from them. However, when they were detailing the car they accidentally cut the film that was on the windshield to protect the truck from heat, basically like window tinting but clear. I was told I could bring it back and they would fix it but they are almost 2 hours from my house. He said it should cost around $100. We took it in locally to fix and it cost over $400. I was told by them that they would send me a check for it and it's been weeks now and I've contacted them many times and they don't even reply anymore. We also learned that the horn had been completely removed from the truck. So, they sold us a car with no horn. That should have been caught in an inspection for sure and I'm pretty sure they shouldn't even be able to sell a car without a horn. We had to pay to get that fixed and we didn't even ask them to reimburse us for that, when we really should be. Right now, I just want the money for fixing the tint, that they messed up and said they would pay us. Hopefully they decide to do the right thing.

I purchased a brand new $121,000.
I purchased a brand new $121,000.00 2023 Cadillac Escalade from this dealer 6 months ago, the vehicle recently started making a loud grinding noise when I turned to the right so I took it in to get my first service at a Cadillac Dealership near my work and received a video 20 minutes after I dropped it off showing me that Cadillac Pasadena didn’t torque down the wheel hub bolt while installing the Brembo Brake package on my vehicle which were a “dealer installed item” on my window sticker. It caused the bolt to come out since it was not torqued down and grind down my drive axle, wheel hub and cause the brake harness to fly off disabling my vehicles ABS which is extremely dangerous. Since this was dealer installed item it has nothing to do with the factory so is not covered under the factory bumper to bumper warranty GM said that Cadillac Pasadena is responsible and wanted me to reach out to them since they should be held responsible for this. I am in the auto industry as well as my father which is a GM so out of courtesy instead of me getting Attorney right away I tired giving this place a chance to pay for the new parts labor, and rental while my vehicle is being fixed at the Cadillac Dealership next to my work since I do not feel comfortable letting them touch my vehicle here after this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I contacted Mike in service which has not replied to any of my emails past 3 weeks, got in contact with the GSM Will which told me the General Manager Ceaser will be contacting me over week and half ago but has never called or emailed me. I started a case right away with General Motors Customer service so everything is documented. The vehicle has been sitting 3 weeks now since wire harness is on back order and Cadillac Pasadena have been no help whatsoever. This dealership has extremely poor customer service and even worse service technicians, I will file a complaint with The Federal Trade Commissioner as well as The Department of Motor Vehicles if this cannot be resolved. I look forward to a prompt response before contacting an Attorney.

Contrary to the woman that had nothing but bad things about the dealership and its previous GM, I consider this to be the very best of he best. Most people that leave dunning reviews are generally those that can't garner any favorable reviews for their own business. Rude sales and management. They think you owe them something. Used car ads with no photo, no follow up, then claim you're rude. Stay away buyers, these guys need to get out of the biz.

Amazing team, amazing car. I'm not sure what the other review is referring to, but they were all professionals, including the previous GM that was kind enough to take the time to continue to assist me AFTER he left. I do know that most wordy reviews come from frustrated people that are usually unreasonable. I wouldn't buy or Service a Cadillac anywhere else.
