Bad customer service

I went to honda trade in my car the agent I dealt with was not very helpful. The car that I want was not available but he told me that it might be avail after 4 weeks or so if I get approve. Few days after he texted me that he have some 'good news' assuming that I got approved I drove all the way to the dealershil after work hungry and tired only to find out that he will check it again will let me know. 2 days after I didnt hear anything from him again.

Great For First Time Buys

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Ex with Rich. This was the first time i purchased a new car. Rich help me the whole time along the way. I came in multiple times cause it was hard for me to fully commit to getting a new car, all those times Rich was so patient with me, helping me out. He even went all out to give me his cell phone to call him if i ever had a problem.

great overall experience

Couldn't be happier with the service i received. The salesman Jim communicated well, was knowledgable, and helped make my car buying experience effortless. I would recommend Continental Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. I will be going back when i am ready to purchase again.

Excelent Sales

I recently purchased a 2016 CRV with Saul and I must say he is so professional and attentive to the customers needs. I was not sure if I was going to keep my 2012 CRV, but with the great options and great price, I could not resist. Saul was very good at keeping in contact with my 2012 purchase and sent me emails of promotions throughout the years. Every time I came in for service, he would take the time to greet me and ask how my CRV experience has been. Many salespeople are just concerned with a sale, this gentleman is not like that at all. He is so professional and quick to respond to your questions.

HRV and an awesome experience

We purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Terry Scudieri at Continental Honda 1/28/2016 through the Costco Auto program and had an awesome experience. Purchasing through the Costco Auto program removes all the questions and the price is the price, plus it's a really great deal. Terry S. followed up via email with status updates ( Short wait for ordered HRV delivery ) and answered all our questions so there was only the test drive and signing the paperwork in Finance, then drive away. Who can beat that?

Service above and beyond what I expectei

Last Wednesday, Jan. 27th, I began my search for my new car. I had done a lot of research previous to arriving at the dealership. We were greeted immediately by a young lady at the main desk. She in turn called Terry Scudieri over to answer all our questions and let us have a test drive. Afterwards Terry went over all of the details regarding the Honda Fit XL. The area in the showroom was so clean. We left there and told Terry we had one more dealership to visit in order to get the best deal. Terry was very gracious,and as we left, he said he would like the opportunity to meet or better the other quote we would get. We ended up back at Continenwtal Honda to purchase the new car. Terry and the dealership met and exceeded the first price. It was one of the best car buying I have ever had. I love my new car, and so pleased with the whole experience........... I

great experience as always!

knowledgeable and charismatic salesman! This is the sixth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and by far the very best place to purchase a Honda! I've dealt with many salesmen but by far Rich Jaeger is the very best. I would highly recommend Rich and Continental Honda to anyone looking for a wonderful car and a great experience overall! Also kudos to Mr. Eric Koeneman the sales manager who is always a joy to work with.

One of the easiest and best purchases in my life!

Recently bought a new car Continental Honda and have to say that it was the absolute easiest, stress-free process! My salesman, Jimmy, and finance guy, Milan, made the purchase of my new vehicle a complete breeze and the easiest purchase I have made in a VERY long time!
