My older vehicle took a sudden downturn, so the car buying process was accelerated faster than I had hoped. I knew I wanted a Honda Certified used vehicle, and Continental was a great destination for that. Jimmy was an attentive salesperson, and he was patient and knowledgeable among all of my questions as I tried to cram in as much as possible in a short amount of time. Joe, the sales manager, allowed me to do an extended test drive, and that's the car I ended up buying. Not only because I knew I liked the car, but because it was proven. Their flexibility was much appreciated. They wanted to sell a car, and I wanted to buy a car - we just had to make sure it was the right car. Mark in the finance office was also nice to work with in order to bring it on home.
