Having visited both service dept. and sales, I can say that Silsbee chevrolet has won my business in comparison to the other dealers in this area. Though my issue in service hasn't been resolved, the staff was very curtious and still searching for an answer. As for sale, I had the pleasure to spend my time with Mr. Jack Jones. Excellent salesman! I did not purchase a vehicle today, however, When I am ready he will be my first stop.
