Quick and easy process purchasing my used Explorer, however wish they did a better service job on the vehicle. Myself and the sales man were both surprised when the vehicle did not have a spare tire. They offered me $100 credit. I have yet to be able to find one for less than $400. I had to replace all the wipers, the cabin filter was disgusting and we think the vehicle will probably need an alignment.

Process was simple as I drove down from Georgia and test drove two cars. The entire process took 3hrs from start to finish as I left with the car i wanted. They answered any questions i asked and explanations for things I didn’t understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would shop there again. Also some of the best prices in North Florida as well as South Georgia.

I am extremely impressed with Key Chevy. I have not been happy with my local dealership and it was well worth the hour + drive for the FAST and friendly service for an update.

She was very patient, attentive and accommodating. My sister and I felt at ease, we have never bought a new car on our own but Vanessa explained everything very clearly and gave us options in regards to financing and how to get her the paperwork that we needed. She was also very kind.
