Tim was OOO andso Samantha in the service department was very helpful with the spare key process: from keeping me updated on the time estimated for the work (3-4+ hours), arranging for a Lyft from the dealership, etc. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Worked with multiple service reps and eventually the service manager who was “needed by everyone today” and incredibly unhelpful. When asked for help to see if other Toyota dealerships had the part needed for my car they said you can call yourself. After no work done on car then had to wait 40 minutes for my car to be returned to me. Will not be going back to this location.

Rick Force, Master Tech and Sahid Perez, Service Writer

Rick Force, Master Tech and Sahid Perez, Service Writer conistently offer spot-on expertise. My 2003 Camry has been serviced regularly for the past several years at Stevinson East Toyota. Not once have I had to return for any problem. I also check pricing and Stevinson usually beats other dealers and independent repair shops which commonly don't use OEM parts. Only have 166,500 miles on this car. Looking forward to reaching 300K miles. With routine maintenance, not allowing anyone to smoke in or near my car, and fluids changed as needed, the 2003 Camry will offer years of reliability. Twenty-two years thus far. Bought certified used 2003 from same dealership-general manager with 7,000 miles. Me as only owner since.
