Definitely a great experience

Kyle definitely went out of his way to make sure i got what i wanted and needed. He answered all my questions i had and was able to get me into the exact car i wanted

Kyle is great!

Horrible

I could not have had a worse experience here. This review will be long, so to summarize: they took forever to incorrectly do a simple task. While waiting, I observed mechanics profiling customers when determining who to pressure to overpay for simple repairs. I went to Stevinson East to get a VIN verification, a form needed to register my car in Colorado, and to get a recall checked on. The recall only affected a smaller percentage of models, and the form was only one page, so I did not expect this to take too long, especially because I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was quoted 1:30 to 2 hours, which seemed long to me to fill out a single page form and to check a part of a car. I didn’t have a means of getting home, so I went to sit in the waiting room. While waiting, I observed mechanics profiling customers. The less fluent they were in English, the harder they pushed them to pay to get air filters replaced and generally talked down to them. Air filters can be replaced with no tools in a few minutes. However, when it my turn to hear about my damaged air filter, I, a white man, was asked if I replaced them myself, with no pressure to overpay. I was the only person to be given this option despite giving no indication I knew anything about cars. After 2 hours and 5 minutes, a mechanic finally came to check in with me. At this point, after hearing nothing beforehand, I was finally told that my car was one of the models affected by the defect, and that they were “finishing up” the repair. My car was finally ready after 2 hours and 45 minutes, 40 minutes after I was told they were “finishing up.” When I went to the DMV to register my car, the representative took one look at the VIN verification Stevinson prepared for me and told me that it had been filled out incorrectly and was invalid. Luckily, they were not too busy, and the DMV agent kindly offered to go to the parking lot and fill out a new VIN verification for me. I could not imagine having a worse experience here. I would avoid them at all costs.

Kind and Honest Dealership

As a first time car buyer, and as a young female, I was worried about going into a dealership by myself. I had just moved to Colorado and felt pretty nervous. However, Kyle, my car salesman was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me. Ask for him! He helped me find an awesome car for a great price. My finance guy, Tyler, was great to work with and totally recommended as well.

Nice attention

Good attention all the time. All the agents were very good. Specially Allison Maxon who took me over for a test driving and all the questions were ansewered. Good place to buy jaded cars

Friendly and helpful

It was amazing to work with the employees at Stevinson. Everyone was so helpful and they did everything in their power to make sure we were taken care of and got the best price possible. I would strongly recommend Kyle Typher to anyone looking to buy a car or who is interested in a new car. He was very intelligent on different brands and was helpful in making sure we got the right car for us

Excellent car buying experience

Kyle typher was an educated and excellent sales person. This is one of the only times I have enjoyed buying a car. Very little hassle and everything was followed through. I received extra care and am pleased!
