I was mislead on extended maintenance plan in other wards

I was mislead on extended maintenance plan in other wards just lied to tried to talk to them on phone call three times would return call.thats no way to do business.

Well Lets start with a few things most of the employees

Well Lets start with a few things most of the employees are amazing got our paperwork done fast. Now the Bad I was firm on what I wanted I wanted to use my ford account and I had spent the time making sure I had all my approvals done. To My surprise they had switch it to their preferred bank that they get kick backs from. I have only ever used ford credit as they give me the best interest rates and I receive points from every vehicle I buy. So NO I will not ever buy form this place as the stereotypical car dealership only looks out for themselves. I learned I valuable lesson for this dealership do not trust what they say as what they do will be different
