It came down to price and Tanner was able to get me the right price on the car I was interested in! Tanner was personable and professional. Something that WAS NOT common throughout my car searching experience over the past week. If I got a bad impression upon my arrival, I would’ve went somewhere else out of principal. I believe people buy from people.

The service department was professional, and the advisor was knowledgeable. I was able to get my car repaired for the service recall within a few hours and they were prompt about texting me the estimate on my other service that day . They kept in touch with me as to when my car would be ready . Brandon was professional and polite and I knew my car was in good hands. I recommend this dealership.

The car buying process was as stressful as free as possible. Vaughn, Tanner were very caring and helpful is all aspects of the process. Tanner the salesperson was always available and showed us all the features of all the models we were interested in. Every issue I have ever had has been resolved and never had services recommended that were not necessary. The warranty on Hyundai vehicles and how well they honor their warranty has kept us coming back. Love the new location in Frederick!
