We are not only first time buyers of a Porsche but working with Stevinson as well. It was exceptional throughout the whole process. We did our 2nd delivery with John Fleming and he not only lnew our Cayanne inside and out, but he was familiar w our exisitng vehicles to be able to compare and to educate us from our perspective. We worked w Joe Jett on the purchase which was a delight. He lives and breathes the brand and his passion is unmatched. Working with Todd on the paperwork was the easiest, fastest process we have ever had. Tom and Kipp in service were wonderful in making sure the add ons were to our satisfaction. Finally, i had the pleasure of speaking with Steve. He is first class and runs a first class dealership.

The entire purchase experience was wonderful and far above any other vehicle purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend Ezzy and the entire Stevinson team. They continue to go 'above and beyond' even after the sale is complete. Every detail is impeccably managed which makes for a completely stress-free experience. And I love my new Cayenne!!

We recently took delivery of a 2018 Macan. Our experience at Stevinson Imports was pretty incredible, from the no pressure, informative first visit all the way through the delivery, financing, and opportunity to have John Fleming walk us through the ins and outs of this beautiful vehicle. Bill kept us informed about the progress as our SUV was manufactured and in transit to Colorado, Paul walked us through the paperwork at closing, and Todd answered question after question on the money side. I think the best part, however, was John helping us figure out what we had at our fingertips. John is passionate about Porsche and his love for these vehicles comes through in his hands-on introduction. We will return for more tips from John and for service. Looking forward to working with Elspeth when the need arises. This was our second experience buying a Porsche, and this one was head and shoulders above the prior one at a different dealership.

I purchased a new Boxster at the Colorado Springs dealership because they had a color not available in the Stevinson lot. I was told that any Porsche dealership can activate the Porsche Connect Plus feature, so I brought the car to Stevinson. After two separate visits, each of which took approximately two hours out of my day, they told me they could not solve the problem because a Sim card chip had not been installed at the time of delivery and they would not install a spare for me. The Colorado Springs dealership from whom I purchased the car said that every dealership has plenty of spares, and offered to drive one to my home in south Denver – a far more satisfying customer service experience (for which I will provide a much more glowing review in connection with that dealership). That said, I was surprised at how discourteous and inefficient the service personnel were — especially Joe Jett, the “Porsche Brand Ambassador,” who was stern, abrupt and unfriendly. Is that the image Porsche wants its “Ambassadors” to portray to the public? Porsches are great cars, but this particular service facility appears to have a strong dislike of customers who have purchased their cars at other dealers. It would be pure speculation to assume that, if I had purchased my car from them, I would receive better treatment – so it may be that they simply just don’t like customers in the first place. If service quality is part of your buying decision, look elsewhere!

We have purchased several new Porsche's over the past few years from Stevinson. Each and every time they have done a fabulous job. Craig and Lance always have everything in order. Paperwork is prepped and ready - vehicle delivery and explanation of new features spot on. Dealership has a comfortable feel, and service team is excellent. Great buying experiences combined with great Porsche vehicles - we'll be back soon for another! Thanks to the whole Stevinson Team!

Just took delivery of a new Targa. Had an absolutely outstanding experience throughout the buying process. Ezzy Fitouri and John Flemming in sales, Elspeth Biedenbach in Service, and Todd Barclay in Finance were all extremely helpful –and treated us like family. This was a repeat dealership experience for us, and they have never failed to make each time more fun than the last. Simply put– whether you're buying used or new (and I've done both from them) I wouldn't shop anywhere else. These are good people.

I came in to the dealership with never driving the Porsche brand. After test driving my Cayenne GTS with Ezzy and learning more about Porsche, I was sold on the car and moved over from Mercedes Benz. Awesome education and experience!
