Service department used to be good.

Service department used to be good. Recent visit was very disappointing. I made an early appointment and showed up early, my vehicle wasn't even looked at after 2 hours. My vehicle had an advanced diagnostic code and I was told it would be $200 minimum. I asked to speak with the technician doing the work and was told they don't do that. I got frustrated and left without any analysis or resolution. I took my truck to Toytec and they fixed it in minutes for less than $100 and I was treated well.

Just needed an oil change and also a tire balancing ! Agents apologized for delay in checking in but would need extra time for service! Very good at helping secure a coupon for service so appreciate their commitment to the customer.

I purchased a used vehicle and every aspect of the

I purchased a used vehicle and every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The vehicle was already started with the AC blowing and ready for me when I had arrived. The vehicle’s engine had been cleaned and older parts were changed out for new parts. Tires and brakes were all new. The interior was professionally cleaned and all my questions were answered throughout the entire process. They even agreed to knock off some of the dealer handling fees. My sales reps customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I will be buying from Stevinson’s Toyota again!
