Kris was an outstanding service advisor while we had the transmission rebuilt on our Explorer. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what needed to be done and why. A transmission rebuild can feel overwhelming, but Kris made it smooth and stress-free with his professionalism and honesty. Corwin Ford in Republic Mo has the best service department and the Service manager Chris Bishop is the best manager I have ever dealt with. I feel like he is genuinely concerned about providing excellent service and it is always a comforting thought that if I am having a problem it will be taken care of. He is 5 stars in my opinion.
