About our dealership

For more than 14 years running, Luxury Motor Cars has been among the nation’s top dealerships for luxury imported, late-model Mercedes, BMWs, Audis, and Porsche. For starters, we can’t be beat on price. Every car and SUV in our inventory has been purchased at the lowest possible price from our wholesale auction network. This gives us the unique ability to price our vehicles well below what our competitors charge. And our commitment to customers shows in everything we do. All of our vehicles undergo expert inspection and servicing prior to sale. We KNOW that every single vehicle on the lot is in like-new condition.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! The things that people are saying is 100% accurate. I wish I would’ve read the negative reviews more thoroughly and not given the benefit of the doubt. Just don’t even waste your time unless you have money to waste!! I received a breakdown down on true car that told me one price that was totally different than what they were trying to offer me. The price increased THOUSANDS of dollars for “add ons” that were already done to the vehicle. The price was so outrageous I said no thanks. She then proceeded to say let me speak with manager and see what we can do for you. Called me back with a cheaper total and I verified that it would be the out the door price bcuz I’m traveling 3 hours and I don’t want to waste my time. I asked for it in writing.. red flag #1 should’ve been the red marker writing on the previous offer pictured below. Going against my better judgment I put $500 down to hold it. I immediately noticed the car had no rearview mirror during the test drive and I was assured it would be taken care of. Prior to coming I mentioned I had a pre-approval that I would be using to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue. Sitting down to get started I noticed the price that they were tryna give me was not what was discussed over the phone. He proceeded to say that the only way that I could get the lower priced is if I financed through them. Immediately I said I don’t want it how can I get my refund. After I traveled 3 hours! That should have been my instinct to RUN! Manager came to talk to me. He tried to talk me into the price. Again I declined then he asked me what price I would be happy with. At this point I’m annoyed and ready to go. He comes back with a lower price. Not exactly what we agreed on but lower and I took it. The whole experience has been shady and they are scammers! Asking to see my deductible amount for the insurance. Asking me to sign a check before they presented me with paperwork!! Saying they were gonna replace the rearview mirror but didn’t! Then lied and said they had to order it and would replace it. They provided me with one car key. Told me another lie about LoJack being able to give me a new key if I called them. During my drive home I’ve noticed a loud obnoxious squealing noise so now I have to take it to the shop. This is SAME DAY PURCHASE! Save yourself time stress and money!! UPDATE: Almost 4 weeks later with no update to mirror delivery and you pay thousands in fees to make sure the vehicle is ready for purchase but the mechanics can’t even place the rollers on the correct side which cost me an additional hundreds of dollars to repair

I purchase an electric car over a month ago and I’m

I purchase an electric car over a month ago and I’m still waiting on the electric charger that was promised as part of the purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups with Howard and Richard and Ignazio, I’ve received no clear answer or delivery. Very disappointing post-sale experience. I would not recommend this dealer at all

I bought an 2022 MB EQS 450 electric car from Luxury

I bought an 2022 MB EQS 450 electric car from Luxury Motor Cars over a month ago and I’m still waiting on the electric charger that was promised as part of the purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups with Howard and Richard and Ignazio, I’ve received no clear answer or delivery. Selling EVs without fulfilling basic commitments like this shows poor customer service. Very disappointing post-sale experience. I would not recommend this dealer at all. I am going to file a formal compliant with BBB and New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

I called this place to inquire about a car.

I called this place to inquire about a car. They kept me on the phone for 20 minutes. How can you run a business like that and expect to get customers.

WARNING to Car Buyers My name is Chris Richardson

WARNING to Car Buyers My name is Chris Richardson from Norfolk, VA, and on August 4, 2025 I traveled over 300 miles by train and bus to purchase a 2020 Dodge Durango SRT from Luxury Motor Cars in Hillside, NJ. The vehicle was advertised online for $36,001, and they even promised me an extra $750 off when I came in, making me believe I'd be paying $35,250 plus normal dealership fees. That price lined up with a KBB Great Value, which is why I made the trip. What actually happened: When I got there, they inflated the total with over $12,500 in bogus fees, destroying the deal and pushing the price far beyond KBB value: $3,995 "PREP w/ Recon & LMC CE" $1,875 "Prep/LoJack" $995 "Appearance Package" $399 "USWC Theft Protect" $2,100 "10% NON finance fee" a penalty for paying cash! The car itself? Dirty, grass clippings and dirt stuck to the body, interior smelled like smoke, and visible dirt inside and out. There was zero sign of the $5,000 "prep/appearance" work they tried to charge me for, let alone even hit with a garden hose. Definitely no ceramic coating. This is classic bait‑and‑switch. They use an artificially low price to get you on the lot, promise fake discounts, then pile on thousands in hidden charges when you're already there, knowing most people won't walk away after spending the time and money to get there. I walked away, but it cost me an entire day of travel, train and bus tickets, and wasted hours. If I had gone through with it, I would have overpaid by thousands for a dirty, poorly presented vehicle with an inflated price tag. My advice: Avoid Luxury Motor Cars at all costs. If this is how they treat you before the sale, imagine what it's like after they have your money. -- Chris Richardson, Norfolk VA I am posting this review everywhere to warn others until they stop scamming people.

Misleading Pricing and Bait-and-Switch Tactics –

Misleading Pricing and Bait-and-Switch Tactics – Beware I had a deeply disappointing experience with Luxury Motor Cars while attempting to purchase a BMW X7 listed for $46,000 (plus taxes and fees, totaling $52,150). I obtained a TrueCar purchasing certificate confirming that price and spoke with their internet sales rep, Darius, who assured me over the phone that the price was firm and all I needed to do was come in to finalize the sale. Despite those assurances, when I arrived at the dealership, the price was not honored. Additional fees and inflated charges began to appear—fees that had never been disclosed previously. When I pointed out that this appeared to be a classic bait-and-switch situation, and mentioned I’d be filing a formal complaint, I was told by the sales manager, Richard, that they were refusing to sell me the vehicle at all and asked me to leave. This kind of behavior is not just unethical—it may be illegal under New Jersey consumer protection laws. I’ve since filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney General’s office and contacted legal counsel to pursue the matter further. I’ve also notified banks that work with this dealership about my experience. Buyers beware: If you’re considering this dealership, be cautious of their advertising practices. Make sure to document everything, and if you feel misled, don’t hesitate to report it. The only way to hold businesses accountable is through transparency and legal follow-through.
