exploratory visit with Tony

Tony was very engaging, and answered my questions in an efficient manner. Tony was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle we reviewed, C300, and discussed many options to make my decision easier.

Wonderful dealership!

I was not able to purchase the vehicle I wanted only do to personal issues regarding my health. I truly felt they did everything they could to gain my business. Would reccomend Kareem as a sales person to deal with!

Excellent Service and Experience

I purchased my 2015 CLA250 from Tafel Motors. I got a great car for a great price, it was one of the greatest car buying experiences for me thus far. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Wyndall, Abel, and Jeff. Tafel Motors will have me as a customer for life.

Superior Service

From start to end Tafel was above excellent. Tony, our sales rep, was absolutely wonderful. We were not the easiest of clients. We literally test drove every make and model. We came, left, came, left, came and left over a period of a couple weeks. Tony never made us feel we were aggravating or wasting his time. He feels like family now. We found the vehicle we wanted and the process was so smooth. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we have encountered at Tafel.

Quick & Easy

We ordered and purchased a 2016 smart car from Tafel Motors. Though they are primarily a Mercedes Benz dealership, they treated us graciously and were extremely helpful. I also appreciate the use of technology (texting documents, providing information via email) rather than having to run these back and forth. Genuinely pleasant folks to work with. I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship.

Professional and courteous dealership

My grandson and I visited Tafel Motors in Louisville on November 27, 2015. My grandson is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product. He is encouraging me to purchase a MB for my next vehicle. While at Tafel Motors my grandson purchased a MB jacket and I drove a 2014 GLK. Our sales representative was Charles Bleuel. He was very courteous and professional and answered all our questions about the GLK. Our experience at Tafel Motors was pleasant and we were treated with respect.

Normal svc appointment

As usual, my visit and svc were hassle-free. My car was ready as promised. No problems. George took care of everything, also as usual. I was also there to order my new 2016.In and out in less than an hour.

Pleasant, no pressure

Very professional, product knowledge was great. Sales associate was easy to talk to and no pressure. The show room had a very professional atmosphere. The sales manager introduced himself and was himself professional. I would have to say every time I have visited this dealership I am always impressed. Store appearance is top notch.
