Mr. McNulty sold my husband his first Mercedes Benz a...

Mr. McNulty sold my husband his first Mercedes Benz a year or so ago, so when it was time for me to get a new car, Mr. McNulty sold us a beautiful GLK and I named him "Skippy" because it was sporty and fun. Unfortunately, I had abdominal surgery and have been very sore and in pain for a long time, and the GLK was too bumpy and rough riding for me. Mr. McNulty helped us find the perfect M series vehicle and also was very helpful with the trade in. I am so very very happy with my "new" smoother ride and so grateful to him for helping us to make this trade possible. He is very likeable, trustworthy, and friendly. When it is time to purchase a new car, we will come to David McNulty first because we trust him so much, and we consider him a friend.

Charles Bleuel has provided us outstanding customer service over the course of several years. Earlier this year, we purchased a 2013 GLK. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Charles -- in fact, I have and will continue to do so.

A pleasant buying experience.

"Honest" is the first word that comes to mind when I think about Charles Bluell. I know that word is not necessarily a word that comes to mind when talking about a car salesman, but it is an accurate descriptive when talking about him. We have purchased 5 MBs over the years (2 M Classes, 2 E Classes and our newest GLK) and have found the buying experience a lot less stressful when working with Charles. I feel he provides excellent customer service and does a good job balancing his role as a representative of your company and us as buyers. He is well informed and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. As long as he is employed by Tafel, we will continue to work with Charles exclusively. He is definitely an asset to your company and brand.

If your looking for a great deal and outstanding service see david at Tafel motors. He was very knowledgeable with all my questions and followed up with me to find the right car.
