Rip off. Liars,I will never buy from them again. They sell nothing but lemons,junk cars with no warrante. I got 4000 miles out of the car they sold us. The Autorecyclers just picked up the car today, My purchase was $11000 The recyclers juat gave me $2125. Hundres of phone calls for the in house warrante that we paid them for nothing. Runaround. Stay away from this place.

My experience with IGotCars wasn't good. They don't offer free payment options. They stated if I make the payment online it's free but it would still charge a convenience fee. Now the website hasn't worked for months and I have to call in each time I have to make a payment. When I first bought the car the advertised price was one and they never told me that was the "cash price". At signing, the price was different by almost 2,000!! I had already gotten rid of my old car by then so had no choice to pay financed price as well as overinflated price due to having it financed! Car isn't worth that much. It's a 2011 and I still owe 16,000 2 years later. They also require a mandatory 500 deductible on your insurance which makes buying and maintaining insurance way more expensive. They put me on a payment plan for every 2 weeks and they call you frequently even a day after to say your 1 day late which is annoying when you're trying to work!! They just wont let up! I never chose biweekly.

Never returns calls or answers the phone... Their car Lot is abandoned and has no cars in it. Yet they keep posting cars on there website... No physical location..

Bad place to buy a vehicle. The 500 mile in house warrantee does nothing to rectify any issues. We were constantly given the run around that head office was being notified and months later we were told that nothing will be done. Our car is not repairable and it was this way from the day we baught it. No dash board instruments work, Suspension in the front is ready to fall out and the list goes on forever. Paid over $12000 for a car we cannot drive. We were told when we baught it that it would all be fixed. Anyway buyers need beware of I got cars .com Our salesperson Carlos quit and his replacement now wont return our calls. Time to pursue this in court, good thing we have all the conversations in our email and text messages for proof.

These people deleted my review the first time I posted on google. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews. I bought a car from igotcars about a month ago. My salesperson was Carlos Herrera. He helped us get approved but left out some details. We got the car a week after signing the contract and had already a payment due the following week. This is the way they do things, fine but it was never disclosed during the sale. There is also a convenience fee to process every single type of payment made online. They don’t offer any free payment options. The car was dirty and smelled so bad. I know they noticed the smell but failed to do anything about it. The gas tank was empty and one of the tires was flat. Within a few days of buying the car, I had to replace the key fob battery, and get an oil change, now the car battery is low and there is a knocking sound coming from the engine. It's a used car but they claim to do all these car inspections before selling them. Which is complete BS. The engine is leaking oil. It hasn't even been a month since I purchased it. I like my car but since buying it has given me a lot of issues. Then they have the audacity to ask for a 5-star review I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. There are other businesses that care about customer satisfaction.
