Tonight we took delivery on our first Honda, a 2014...

Tonight we took delivery on our first Honda, a 2014 Odyssey. The dealer ordered our van since my wife had her heart set on a specific color. The dealership didn't change me anything extra and got just what we wanted. Smooth sales process all the paperwork was typed up and just needed to be signed. No pressure, great people, they also installed our remote start and splash guards. Thanks to everyone, Greg Horn and Nate Long for completing this transaction. The 1 hour drive was well worth it and will be back for my vehicle needs in the future.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Dave Martin and the Ebersole team. Our initial intention was to look at their used Honda Pilots but with Honda's 1.9% finance on new vehicles we quickly moved our search to the 2014 Honda Pilot. Dave was great in working on price and answering our questions any time during the day or night.

Staff is Friendly and helpful when considering your vehicle needs, willing to offer alternatives for consideration and always want to make sure you are completely satisfied. Willing to reach out to other dealerships if they don't have the exact vehicle in stock with the functionality you require. Never pressured to purchase. We have also used the service department for many years, they are very courteous and professional, we always enjoy dealing with Ebersole's

We were the last customer before closing on a cold and winter evening and the salesperson gave us his devoted time to give us and took us for a test drive. He really got to know us as a family, rather then just a prospecting car-shopper. It made our purchasing a very positive experience.

We have been extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of service and support provided by everyone with whom we've come in contact at Ebersole Honda - Buick - GMC. We have found this quality customer service from provided by our sales person (Dave Martin), the service department, support staff, the management team and the owners. We just leased another vehicle (the fourth by a member of our family in the last 3 - 4 years) from Ebersole's within the past two weeks.

I needed to purchase another car because my current car...

I needed to purchase another car because my current car was no longer road worthy. I need to purchase the car before I returned to work in January. Dave was informed of my requirements and provided several cars to test drive that day. I decided to purchase one of the cars from Ebersole rather than another dealership. Dave's excellent customer service was the reason I purchased the car from Ebersole.

My fiancee and I visited Ebersole with the intentions of...

My fiancee and I visited Ebersole with the intentions of purchasing a new or used GMC. We were unsure of the model we wanted and were also looking to trade in our current car. Mr. Martin (and everyone else) was extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured into any decisions and we were able to explore all possibilities with ease. After test driving 2 new models, our attention was brought to a slightly used 2013 GMC Acadia Denali. This SUV had everything we wanted, but was on the high end of our price range. We were pleasantly surprised to have Ebersole work with us so much on making this car possible. We ended up purchasing the vehicle at a price we simply couldn't turn down. Plain and simply, this was the best car buying experience we had ever had!

I would highly recommend Ebersole. The staff at Ebersole are all very nice and helpful. I found a car online and had to travel quite a bit to get there and I would absolutely do it again in the future. My salesman Dave made the whole process painless and didn't just forget about me after the sale was final. He is still helping me with an issues I am having. Thanks again Dave and the Ebersole staff!
