Great customer service. CFT provided complimentary transportation to and from home while standard service and several recall actions were performed simultaneously. Service manager was outstanding.

I was an out of town buyer searching for a specific model

I was an out of town buyer searching for a specific model and color. I had many choices of Lincoln dealerships to buy from, but Central Florida Lincoln was exceptional, especially their salesman, Kevin Vickers. I have purchased many cars and by far, he was the most honest and professional auto salesperson I ever dealt with. He's the reason why I bought the car from this dealership. No pressure selling, just hard working, caring and he always followed up as he promised...

The team was trustworthy and efficient.

The team was trustworthy and efficient. It took me about 6 weeks to pull the trigger on a new Navigator. The salesperson, Antonio was respectful of my time and kept in touch without pestering. Would definitely buy another car here!

I can?

I can?t believe you guys are still in business either there?s not a supervisor doing their proper job because the customer service there is the worst I?ve ever experienced in my life. I cannot express how shock and disgusted. I am of the way I was treated. They kept my truck from Friday to the following Friday. They never touched the truck only the morning Saturday morning, when I went to pick up my truck that was the only time and then they wanted to charge me for every tiny little thing. It?s absurd. I only wanted my sunroof clothes that?s all I want, but Mr. Garcia seems to not care or not listen to the needs of the customer he needs to go work somewhere else or retire. If you have any questions, you can always contact me and I can give you more explanations in details about my unfortunate experience. I have with your company

Great service repair.

Great service repair. Informed me about inspection and the repair. Received my vehicle back the same day. They ran it through the wash, and explained what was repaired.
