The team was trustworthy and efficient. It took me about 6 weeks to pull the trigger on a new Navigator. The salesperson, Antonio was respectful of my time and kept in touch without pestering. Would definitely buy another car here!

I can?t believe you guys are still in business either there?s not a supervisor doing their proper job because the customer service there is the worst I?ve ever experienced in my life. I cannot express how shock and disgusted. I am of the way I was treated. They kept my truck from Friday to the following Friday. They never touched the truck only the morning Saturday morning, when I went to pick up my truck that was the only time and then they wanted to charge me for every tiny little thing. It?s absurd. I only wanted my sunroof clothes that?s all I want, but Mr. Garcia seems to not care or not listen to the needs of the customer he needs to go work somewhere else or retire.
