I called about the availability of the new GMC that I was interested in and spoke with Eli and had a very friendly conversation. They did have the vehicle that I wanted and we went to the dealership later that day. We were greeted and discussed my trade-in and the dollars involved. I'm female (by the way) and was treated with really friendly respect. We went back and forth about the dollars but all of that seemed appropriate & cooperative. I ended up going up the next day and picked up my GMC that I had wanted. I would go back and my husband agreed. Good dealership to deal with!!

Brandon C. is always there to help me with my car. Nye has been my dealership for over 20 years. I go there for all my car needs. Brandon gets me right in fast and great friendly service! Brandon cares about what people need and understands the importance of car service. I would recommend him and NYE Auto to everyone.

The service department is one of the worst i have ever dealt with. They forgot my car was checked in for service, I had to call and tell them. Then they didn't work on it until the next day, 38 hours after drop off. Tried to pick up my vehicle and it now has a multitude of problems that aren't related to the original service work. The vehicle is now un-drivable and the service advisor was only concerned with going on lunch. Unknown if they will even fix the new problems THEY created on parts of the car they weren't supposed to touch.

Would have liked a courtesy inspection on vehicle, first time visit with new/used vehicle. Good thing I had my own plastic seat cover, grease on seat would have happened. Should have some on hand.
