Keri was my advisor and not only was she polite, but very knowledgeable. She kept me informed on a regular basis, even when the news wasn't great. I work at a Collision facility and I use the NYE group often for sublet repairs. They always do a great job. Keri was my advisor this time and I will be more than happy to deal with her any time I need work done again. Thank you so much!!

Got a call for a recall, scheduled an appointment to take care of the recall along with an Oil change and tire rotation. Keri kept me informed, and it was taken care of fairly quickly

All the my contact at the Nye Ford physical location was extremely positive (3/7/26 and 4/9/26). There was confusion about my picking up the vehicle in regard to my trade-in value on 4/8/26.
