The best customer service anywhere. From walking in you feel welcome and wanted. The staff is absolutely amazing. Plus the waiting area is safe and clean. Let me tell you about techs that work on your vehicle. I was having electrical issues. We worked side by side to get it fixed. Plus they were outstandingly kind. Plus the friendliness. I have had pleasure of working with nye a few times. They are fast and accommodate you right away! 5 stars!

I live an hour away from NYE Ford. My 2020 Ford F-150 has been there quite a few times for work...some major work. Not their fault, I bought a lemon from another dealer. They've helped me out many times. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Appreciate them all!

I came into the dealer they installed the new part and they checked the headlight switch to make sure that the fog lights were working and they are okay good

Went in 3x's, 1st was for timing chain and steering issue. Got it back, steering issue still there but now power steering pump was whining, wasnt when dropped off. Went back for the power steering issue and said it was the pump, got it replaced. Steering issue still present, went back again, said it was the rack and pinion but also the power steering lines where leaking. Declined repairs, my cars warranty was going to cover the rack but the hose's were not and they wanted to charge me $1300. I don't know how you charge that for hose's for one but also don't see it the other 2x's it was in for a steering issue. I don't trust them and will be taking it to another repair shop, much more to story but this gives the gist.
