Keri is fantastic! I bought an older ford, and didn’t know it had a warranty recall for an airbag issue. I called to set up an appointment to get it taken care of and Keri told me one of the airbags had no eta of arrival, but would keep me posted. I was worried it would take way longer but Keri texted me within 2 days and had me setup for the appointment! She kept me updated while my car was with Nye for the day, and told me anything I needed to know about future repairs it needed! She never missed a step, she was kind, and caring from start to finish! I LOVE Keri for being upfront and honest! Keri is my go to at Nye Ford!
