Car was great. The buying experience ended being something I’ll take going forward with me when buying a vehicle. Pressure tactics and blatant deceiving to get you to purchase extra things with the vehicle. I understand more money goes to the commission part but very unfortunate when saying certain terminology to pressure and sell something for more money in their pocket.

Brought my new to me mustang in after scheduling a last minute appointment for an inspection. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will be coming back for sure!

Waited at counter to drop off car for appointment. Noone was there or came for a while, eventually I had to go to parts for them to get someone. Never received a upfront quote for what I thought was am $89.99 oil change. Final bill came to $121.00. I was told that it was due to 10 quarts being required, which is 4 quarts more than the service allows. This correlates to almost $31.00 per quarter wich is extreme price gouging. This was my last service at your dealership.

Spoke with Dave Hall (service manager) and voiced my concerns about my last service. Dave was very attentive and and genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. He definetly put the service department in a better light in my eyes and assured me he will address my issues with his staff. He has convinced me to give them another opportunity to conduct my next service. Thank you Dave.
