Service writer was apparently too busy to explain the cost of this service, I was shocked at the cost of replacing a cabin air filter. I would have passed on this work if i had known the cost.

Outstanding service once again. The team was very helpful and professional. I’m at ease each time I have my vehicle serviced at NYE’s in Oneida.

It was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oil change. Two hours and 15 minutes was totally unacceptable! I was on time for my appointment and when I inquired about w why it was taking so long I was told oh they’re just finishing up the paperwork 15 more minutes. I waited before they came to tell me my car was finished. I said that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait and I was told sometimes it happens well I paid my bill and they didn’t even say thank you for all this inconvenience. My oil change should’ve been discounted to say the least I will think twice before going for service again
