Diagnostics should have been used rather than parts changing at owners expense.Change one part , if that doesn't fix it, try another at my expense, until that fixes it, hopefully.

We called several Ford dealers anrround Syracuse and none
We called several Ford dealers anrround Syracuse and none of them could look at it for weeks. The dealer we bought the car from was 100 miles away. We tried NYE Ford and they could take it in that day if they received it before closing which they did. It was completed the next day.
