My experience at AutoNation was Top Notch. From my first interaction with Erin til I received my car everything was a smooth pleasant experience. Cameron did everything he said he would do. He got my car here from Texas in three days and it is now sitting in my garage! Grant was real knowledgeable and personable in developing my paperwork. I had really nice conversations with Travis. Deantre took me on a nice test drive and stuck around to keep me company while Jay completed my final paperwork. Solimar was nice enough to show me how to work the coffee machine. This is my eight purchase of a BMW and this was by far the smoothest process. Your people are doing a great job!

Just Horrible!! Can’t even provide additional pictures and information. Bought from another dealer who knows their xxx from a hole in the ground.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had. This is a group of world class liars, from top to bottom. Starting with when I picked up the car and was told they only had one key, but that "someone would come to my house and make a second one for me," the lies never stopped. It took them right up till the 45 day limit to get my title done and in the meantime, they would NEVER return my calls like they said they would. THIS PLACE IS A SHAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! There are many other sites on that road. I wish I'd gone to one of them instead.

I did a nationwide search for a Porsche Macan, and the one at AutoNation Charlotte was the best fit for me. I worked with Hannah and she was truly wonderful. She was quick to respond to any request that I had, even sending me a video walkaround of the car highlighting options that were not included in the listing. The rest of the interaction with the dealership was positive. They secured the financing of the vehicle at a competitive rate, better than my personal bank. They also arranged the 2K mile delivery, and other than a week long delay by the transport company, the car arrived exactly as described. I would not hesitate to purchase from AutoNation Charlotte, and be sure to ask for Hannah!
