I’ve been bring my BRZ here for the past 5yrs of
I’ve been bring my BRZ here for the past 5yrs of ownership. Always great work from the Subie crew. I am disappointed thought with my experience this time around. I have always brought my BRZ for the 5 years of ownership to get work done. Not sure if the techs got lazy or what changed but they complained my car was “too low.” When in the past it was never an issue. Due to this change or i guess experience, I will have to take my business else where. Wasn’t a bad time more like a let down and a disappoint meant that work wasn’t able to get done on my car, when it was never a problem before.

This is my second Subaru. Mario in the service department always knows me when I come in. He had helped me with technical questions I have had. Just had my 60k tune up. I was given a loner car and a free car wash.
