First off, for a place that has multiple cars that are high horsepower, you'd expect them to be more taken care off. For a full point inspection, I knew it was a lie immediately when I get in the car and the first thing it says is "service required soon". But, regardless, there was many other things wrong with the dealership and the car. Such as the car having pieces falling off, multiple fluids needed to be changed, the throttle being stuck, needing to use two hands just to turn the steering wheel and for God sake the radio barely even worked. The worst part out of all of this? I didn't even know the guy's name selling me the car! That should've been the first thing mentioned! And I still don't know to this day. He didn't even sit in the car with me on the test drive (and granted I didn't even know where I was) and when everything was all said and done and I explained how I didn't like it, he goes on to mention how many people my age are basically tire kickers even though I was going to pay cash for the vehicle (but of course he never asked that either), and ripped a cigarrette right in my face! Not only did I not appreciate that, I left pretty much right after that!

My visit was great and the sales person was nice.
My visit was great and the sales person was nice. I went on my test-drive and liked the car. However, the car wasn’t a good fit. The sales office was clean and professional.

It seems unfair to me since I bought two cars in this diller, a truck for 34 thousand dollars with details that they would repair and a second car for 14 thousand dlls, they did not repair any problem for me, apart from all this the mechanic who tried to fix one of the cars left me with a loose tire I almost had an accident on the highway, plus the laps that he had to do almost every day to tell me that there was no solution and that the owner of the diller did not want to do anything else, I think apart from a good mechanic they lack ethics not for wanting to earn money the people of this establishment do that be careful.

Pavon, you would've never bought a second car from us if you didn't like the way we treated you on your first car. Back in April you bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from us. 2 Months after your purchase and a month after your dealer warranty expired your transmission went out. We can't predict the future, but we paid every dollar of the repair. Couple weeks after that we also fixed a 02 Sensor and put brakes on your truck. AGAIN, at no cost to you. 2 Months ago, you bought a Scion TC, and we spent another $1500 a month after your warranty expired putting a timing chain in. You didn't think it was put in right and we told you to have Toyota look at it. You refused to take it to Toyota. This is a situation where we can honestly say we did EVERYTHING and more to make you happy. From the first day you walked in we told you we'd back everything we sell 110% which we did. If you'd like to discuss this further, you have our number. Thanks
