Although my vehicle is fairly new I have had great experience using Morrie’s Grand Ledge Ford service department when needed. They keep in contact with you for the entire process. And the valet service is so handy.

Chris, the customer service kept me informed with the

Chris, the customer service kept me informed with the progress in my car. He also located a loaner for me to drive while my car was being worked on. However no mention of the possibility of a loaner until I reached out to my home dealership and was told that the responsibility of getting a loaner fell on Morrie’s Ford since that was where the work was being done and I called Chris to start that process.
