Great Dealer Experience
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer. After driving GM cars and trucks for 30 years we decided to look at the Explorer. Craig and GLF made the purchase smooth and easy. Craig was very familiar with the tech features of Explorer. Matt Botsford was helpful assuring us that we could still trade in our old vehicle even though we hit a deer with it 24 hours before getting the new vehicle. We look forward to a continued friendship with GLF.

I don't know about the dealership, except that David Brown was honest with us, and Laura the finance manager was pleasant as well. I set my stop watch to see how long it would take to pick up the car, after agreeing over the phone to buy it. We had to wait approximately one hour past our appt. time. After we got into the finance office, we were out of there and on the road in about 20 minutes. One hour and twenty minutes total.

First Escape
We bought a used car recently from GLF and had a great experience. So when I was looking at an option to replace an older car, I knew I wanted to give them a call. They were very helpful on the phone, answered all of my questions. I drove up and was immediately greeted by Nick. He was very helpful in helping me find the car I needed for the price I wanted. Laura was very helpful in the financing, answering all of my questions I had regarding the lease I was getting.

Two Fords in the Driveway!
My wife and I have now bought two Fords from Craig at GLF. Craig is a non-pushy, easy going salesman who listens to his customers. In both cases Craig delivered the cars that WE wanted not what HE wanted us to have. Craig helped us to negotiate the lowest prices as well as the highest value for our trade in.
