I've been shopping around for a few weeks, comparing
I've been shopping around for a few weeks, comparing prices at other VW dealerships within the region. Jordan Bowers, the Sales Manager at VW Little Rock, offered the most for my trade in, while other dealerships offered the bare minimum trade in allowance. Jordan listened to my priorities and understood where I needed to be in order to work a solid deal. Jordan was transparent, honest, and professional from start to finish. Then when I had time to visit the dealership, Dylan Chism, the Salesperson, had already staged out front of the dealership, the 3 vehicles that I hand selected to look at. All 3 vehicles were the 2025 VW Atlas SEL Premium R Line, all 3 were staged forward facing and equally spaced out. After looking at all 3 vehicles and test driving them, I pointed out the specific vehicle that I wanted to make a deal on. Without any hesitation, Dylan offerred to reserve the vehicle and set it aside, without asking for a deposit. I informed him that later in the day, I will have to bring my wife in so that she can take a closer look before committing to buy. Then, that afternoon, my wife and I went back to the dealership, test drove the vehicle again, and decided to make an offer. Dylan and Jordan was very patient throughout the process of negotiation. We discussed final numbers and then said we will need more time to think it over to ensure we got the best deal possible. The next day, over text messages and phone calls with the Sales Manager directly, we negotiated and then agreed to make the purchase. On the day of delivery, the vehicle was carefully hand washed by their detail team. After closing on the deal, Dylan and Blake offered us multiple gifts, apparel, and accessories, free of charge, as showing their small token of appreciation for doing business. Highly recommend VW of Little Rock as I have been a repeat loyal customer for a reason.
