The Definition of xxxx Sleazy Car Salesman

This place will do or say anything to get a sale. Bought a car, was promise certain issues would be fixed through this warranty if I bought the warranty. Warranty bought, but now they refuse to fix issues. Won't even return calls. Sleazy xxxxxxxx both in Sales and Service.

Poor upper management

Poor organizational behavior was displayed from upper management down. Not the quality Rally I purchased my car from since changing hands. The GM does not assist or even care about the clients or service.

Terrible service

I would recommend the dealership; most people are great, but not the service department because the service manager is a bully, and the work is low quality. I bought two vehicles here and have been a loyal customer for almost ten years, with no loyalty in return. The service is always half-xxx, and the manager gives you an FU attitude, so I am intimidated to say anything to him, he will just be disrespectful per usual. The car has never been washed after service for a decade; the drought has nothing to do with it. They are just not like other dealerships that clean your car when going in for service, no matter how much you spend. They are supposed to and do for all the other customers when I am there, just not me, so I feel really singled out. The last three times have been awful; I was there. They made me sit for 2 hours before telling me they didn't have the part that was supposed to be installed, and I had to come back. When I came back I was in a little bit of a rush but had to get the work done. I was already there for an hour and a half and my car was just sitting in the front not being worked on so I went in to ask why. This was the third time I went in for the same part the service manager screwed up so you would think he would be nice and understand, it was his fault I had to come back in the first place. I asked how long it would take, and he practically screamed at me; it took 4 hours to do the work (wiper motor). They made me sit there while they went to lunch to wait for my car to be washed, then said they had no time to clean it when they came back from lunch. Then today, I get 1K worth of work, including new breaks. The rims and tires are filthy with brake dust! I have always gotten my brakes done at places that clean the rimes after; this is a first in 40 years. Second, break job there so it is how they roll not a one-time thing. I called and complained, the manager said "if you want your car washed bring it back in". You know what NO!! I AM TIRED OF BEING NICE WHEN YOU ARE MEAN! DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY! STOP MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A KAREN BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT MY TIME, MONEY, AND CAR, AND WANT TO FEEL VALUED CUSTOMER!

Terrible service department

Service department mislead me as to work needed on my vehicle. Lead me to believe work on transmission was recommended by KIA. Ended up having work done that wasn’t required to keep my warranty active.

Awesome service if you are hatching chickens 🐔

Horrible, I paid to have my part for my car overnighted, and to be delivered to where my part is being worked on. I called them today because it never got there. When I called in the morning, the man that answered the phone said he saw the part sitting right there, and he had no idea why it wasn't delivered. He said as soon as he got off the phone with me, he would have one of his drivers deliver it... A few hours go by, nothing from them. The shop called me, said they haven't gotten the part yet. When I called again, they were asking me who I talked to, the man never gave me his name. So she told me she didn't know who I talked to, it sounded like I just talked to some normal guy... She acted like I was crazy for being upset about my part never being delivered on time. Told me they don't do deliveries that early in the morning. It was 8:30- 9:20 am... Thats not early, and sitting on peoples parts for their cars, is horrible. Especially when it is their only vehicle.

Trashiest service!!!

Whatever you do stay away from Bill Uriarte, Eric, and Martha. Most rude, disrespectful, people I have ever delt with. Huge mistake purchasing my car here. Bill is shady, inappropriate, just overall rude and trashy to say the least!! Martha lacks leadership skills, communication skills but most of all customer service. Save your self a headache and avoid these two.

This dealer went out of the way to get a financing deal for my son. They were courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a late model used vehicle.

Service team

Kia service department and parts are also amazing people starting with the receptionist keep up the good work I am always pleased upon calling and are getting service I couldn't imagine going to any other place but Kia looking forward to getting into the Sorrento or something larger for my family
